For our company, the qualification of our employees is a vital means of securing our future success. We perform annual comparisons between requirements profiles/job requirements and existing employee qualifications. Any deficits determined are used to derive targeted training measures and schedules. In addition to this, we anticipate and actively address increasing qualification requirements. This is particularly important, as the employment market is only able to cover the additional need for qualified employees to a very limited extent. We therefore determine qualification requirements proactively on a yearly basis and for a period of 7 years. To help us achieve our objectives and meet requirements, our HR processes are certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
